As a Production Supervisor , you will oversee the production processes and will lead a staff on the designated shift. The shift supervisor is an important part of the operation and has interaction with production staff, shift leads, and important leadership members of the plant. You will be housed in our Pre-Form plant in Thomasville, NC and will report to the Plant manager.
