**Job Description**

The ideal candidate for this supervisory role will be an outgoing leader with a hands-on approach, often referred to as a 'floor general.' You will oversee up to 30 people throughout your shift and be responsible for managing labor efficiency, production throughput, daily metrics, and product flow.
