Production Operations & Customer ServiceTo provide leadership for the site Team and Line LeadersFollow the Operational StrategyEnsure compliance to Company and Legal requirements of H&S and QualityLiaise with other key department managers in logistics-based operations, to ensure co-pack operations are run efficientlyEffectively manage client expectations to deliver a reliable co-pack service.Ensure production process efficiency targets are communicated and metAttend customer review meetings when requiredEnsure that labour efficiency targets are metFully utilise systems available to drive Continuous Improvement in all areas of the operationHealth & Safety
