Third Shift: 11pm to 7:30am

Salary: $75,000-$85,000

Our client is seeking a Production Supervisor for their manufacturing plant in Edenton, NC 

Key Responsibilities (3rd Shift):

• 
  

  Provide direct supervision of plant operations, spending 75–80% of time on the floor training, mentoring, and identifying improvement opportunities.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure all operational processes and standard operating procedures are followed and continuously improved.

  
  


• 
  

  Drive process standardization and eliminate waste (defects, downtime, motion, excess inventory, etc.).

  
  


• 
  

  Complete all required reports (work orders, shift reports, production logs) accurately before the end of each shift.
