PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for organizing, planning, coordinating and staffing the Fabrication department Team building, Training and development of all Fabrication shop personnel Responsible for the supervision and evaluation of all department personnel Manage the Fabrication department in a cost-effective manner by sound buying practices and efficient production planning. Responsible for maintaining the necessary tools, equipment and supplies to fulfill all of XL Systems welding requirements. Review in conjunction with Welding Engineering, all welding procedures and specifications. Assist and recommend in the area of equipment acquisition, upgrading and the refinement of welding processes.
