The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to safety standards while meeting production goals. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who excels in a high-precision manufacturing environment.

This is a weekend split shift on the weekend. **The desired schedule is Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 12:00pm – 12:00am** . Role is designed to work 36 hours and paid 40 hours.
