Our Hastings based clients are seeking two hands on Production Supervisors to lead their converting operations, one Day shift role and one Afternoon Shift (A/S) role.

These roles are not an office-based. You’ll be highly visible across the floor, leading from the front to ensure safety, quality, and performance targets are consistently delivered.

The A/S Supervisor will also take on site responsibility after hours, acting as the key point of contact in the event of emergencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day to day converting operations on the floor, ensuring production runs safely, efficiently, and to plan
• Drive a strong safety‑first culture, ensuring all hazards, incidents, and risks are actively managed and closed out through Evotix
