**Production Supervisor**

**Opportunity**

Responsible for organizing, coordinating, and supervising the day-to-day activities of Casting Finishing operations within a Cast Iron Foundry environment on the Auto Tub Line. Ensures production requirements are met safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality, delivery, and cost objectives while supporting continuous improvement and team engagement.

**Specific Responsibilities**

+ Directly supervises and assigns work to Casting Finishing and Auto Tub Line operators to meet customer demand and production schedules.
+ Ensures the workforce is properly trained, qualified, and understands job expectations prior to assignment.
+ Frequently evaluates job procedures and operator performance to maintain standards related to safety, quality, cost, delivery, and morale.
