Job Overview

The Production Supervisor – Line Defender will be responsible to oversee all aspects of the product in our St. Petersburg location. This supervisor will oversee a team of approximately 20 employees in the areas of Assembly, Test, Inspection, Warehouse, Shipping & Receiving. Works closely with Production Manager, Manufacturing Engineer and the other Production Supervisors and assists in coordinating activities of workers. They will apply knowledge of assembly techniques, machine setup, and quality procedures. Works with all other production and assembly workers as needed. Ensures all work procedures are followed by production workers. Capable of assessing and analyzing process control methods and Root Cause analysis.
