A graduate of any Engineering course or equivalent





Basic supervisory skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

High communication and presentation skills. Mentally and physically fit

Strong personality to handle and lead subordinates in their respective KPI.

Strong technical knowledge in the injection molding process related to mold set-up, parameter setting, and troubleshooting skills.

Superior mental and analytical ability and problem-solving techniques

Able to interpret technical drawings.

Able to analyze problems and recommend actions

Minimum of 5 years' experience in plastic injection molding operation with secondary process (printing)

Advantage of having experience in programmable robots and other production automation
