Job Details:
PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
2–5+ years of supervisory experience in food or beverage manufacturing
Strong knowledge of food safety standards, GMPs, and HACCP principles
Experience leading teams in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment
Ability to read and interpret production schedules, SOPs, and quality documentation
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with basic computer systems (ERP, production tracking, Microsoft Office)
Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, or holidays as needed
