Immediate hire for a Production Supervisor responsible for supervising and coordinating daily production activities to meet output targets (e.g., units per day, efficiency goals). Lead, coach, and develop production employees to ensure high performance and engagement. Monitor and enforce safety procedures and company policies at all times. Ensure product quality standards are consistently met; address defects and implement corrective actions. Track and report production metrics, including productivity, downtime, scrap, and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues. Identify process improvements and implement lean manufacturing practices.
