Production Management

• Directly supervise daily production operations and a team of operators to meet production plans, output targets, and KPIs.
• Monitor and control production processes to maintain high productivity and minimize downtime.
• Ensure production schedules are communicated and executed effectively.

Quality Assurance

• Implement and enforce quality control standards on the shop floor.
• Investigate and report quality issues; drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Collaborate with the QA team for internal audits, first articles, and lot inspections.

Team Leadership and People Development

• Lead a team of approx. 25–35 operators per supervisor (total ~120 across 4 supervisors).
