Job Summary The Production Supervisor supports the Production Manager by leading teams to meet daily production, quality, and delivery goals. This role ensures efficient, safe operations and compliance with company standards through effective execution and monitoring of production plans.
Responsibilities - Implement production work orders and plans to meet operational requirements and deadlines
- Ensure products consistently meet customer quality specifications through monitoring and control
- Monitor production processes and report deviations or changes promptly to management
- Perform machine and mold setup following established procedures and molding data sheets
- Maintain 5S, safety, and housekeeping standards to promote a safe and organized work environment
