Responsibilities

• Supervise production teams to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor and improve production processes for quality and efficiency.
• Train and mentor staff on safety protocols and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet production targets.
• Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation.
• Address and resolve any operational issues promptly.

Position: Production Supervisor

Salary: 20K-25K

Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday (onsite)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• At least 1 year in Supervisory position
• Experience in the printing and packaging industry is an advantage
• Strong Supervisory Skills and Production Management experience
