• Strong knowledge of Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance products
• Good understanding of UAE banking operations, workflows, and regulatory requirements
• Proven experience providing L2/L3 Product Support for critical banking applications
• Strong expertise in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), incident management, and problem resolution
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure, DevOps practices, and cloud‑based application support
• Experience in API testing and validation using Postman
• Strong exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Ability to support production releases, change management, and post‑deployment stability
• Experience working with Trade Finance (LCs, Guarantees, Collections) and SCF solutions
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, multitasking, and prioritization skills
