Production Support Engineer W/ Oracle Financials Cloud

Location: Tampa, FL (Onsite - Hybrid) Duration: W2 Contract Experience: 8+ Years

As a production support engineer, the person will be responsible for providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting for critical production applications. Skills required:

• 8+ years of experience in production support.
• 8+ years of experience in incident management, job monitoring, root cause analysis, etc.
• Knowledge of Ab Initio or any ETL tools.
• Knowledge of Unix.
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with IT Service Management tools like ServiceNow or Jira.
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Financials cloud with a focus on General Ledger or Accounting Hub Cloud Services.
• Familiarity with Oracle reporting tools such as Oracle Financial Reporting and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)....
