Production Team Leader

We are looking for a hands‑on and driven Production Team Leader to oversee daily production operations and lead a production team in a fast‑paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring production targets are met safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards while maintaining strong discipline, teamwork, and operational control.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities including sorting, baling, loading, and dispatch
• Ensure daily production and output targets are achieved
• Lead, motivate, and manage production staff on shift
• Monitor productivity, attendance, timekeeping, and discipline
• Ensure quality standards and correct material grading are maintained
