Production Team Leader

Our client in the automotive manufacturing industry is seeking a Production Team Leader to join their team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Management of the production team
2. Responsible for daily reports and taking required action when targets are not met.
3. Scrap management and quality supervision.
4. Knowledge and adherence to H&S/HR procedures and regulations
5. Find ways to eliminate wastefulness in the production process.
6. Assist with WIP/Sorts

Minimum Requirements:

1. Technical Diploma/Qualification
2. Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
3. Advanced Excel skills
4. Must be willing to work shifts.
