Overview

Production Team Leader at Haleon manufacturing site Ampang, Ulu Kelang. Reports to First Line Leader, leading a team of production operators to manufacture/pack products in compliance with GMP.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enable a first touch team of operators to consistently deliver safety, quality, service and value.
• Ensure area achieves its targets while meeting compliance standards and supply schedule.
• Align operations business strategy with site strategy, collaborate with Business Unit Leads to drive improvements.
• Ensure operators follow the judgment ladder – EHS, Quality, Service, Cost.
• Assist management in overall production activities and deploy TOP-3 priorities approach.
• Drive performance management, problem solving, and use accurate data to achieve production targets.
• Maintain and return to standard after safety, quality, or performance deviations.
