Responsibilities:

• Supervising daily production activities to ensure the smooth running of operations.
• Working closely alongside the Production Manager to support day-to-day output and team performance.
• Leading and motivating a small production team to deliver high-quality results in line with targets.
• Supporting a fast-paced environment, particularly during peak periods and seasonal demand.
• Overseeing workflow and ensuring deadlines are met efficiently.
• Maintaining high standards of quality and ensuring processes are followed correctly.
