The Production Team Member supports the Production Cooks, Machine Operators, and Expeditors in the metro food production facility by preparing raw ingredients and materials for hot and cold food production.
Responsibilities:
Assist with daily operations of the production team by prepping, portioning, and assembling raw materials to ensure all production targets are met and safety protocols are followed.Ensure food quality, recipe yields, ingredient specifications, and recipe build guide standards are met to maintain quality and consistency.Weigh, measure, and stage materials for use in kitchen production processes.Operate industrial kitchen equipment such as food processors and blenders, automated slicers and dicers, in addition to manual knife handling for prepping ingredients.Maintain accurate labeling of products and ensure correct batch and pack dates are applied.
