Position Requirements:


Perform duties to maintain, troubleshoot, and at times, operate equipment.


Work from blueprints, electrical diagrams, and equipment and process control manuals and instructions:


+ Verify, perform or assist with machine set-ups.

+ Troubleshoot machine problems, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, PLC, and serve problems where applicable.

+ Adjust process parameters.

+ Adjust machine hardware, such as sensors, motion devices, and mechanical components.

+ Verify new tooling prior to running production, which includes changing die stops where applicable.

+ Collaborate with engineers for repair parts from central stores.

+ Maintain tooling and spare parts storage areas in an organized manner.

+ Run test and prototype parts as needed. This includes documentation, and any required process checks.
