Overview The Production Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient manufacturing of high-quality Dry Powder Media within a controlled environment, ensuring timely order fulfillment in accordance with customer requirements and company standards. This role reports to the Production Manager and is part of the Production Team located in Tuas, Singapore.
Responsibilities - Accurately handle, weigh, and dispense bulk raw materials used in the formulation of dry powder media and pack product into final packaging formats ensuring adherence to procedure, GDP and EHS requirements.
- Manually assemble and operate production equipment for powder transfer, blending, and milling processes in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform detailed manual cleaning and sanitization of production areas and equipment using approved cleaning agents, ensuring compliance with GMP and contamination control standards.
