Job Description:
1. Arrange and prepare material and packaging material for daily production
2. Assist for the whole process of production - labelling of bottles, filling, carrying and moving of products
3. Cleaning up and maintaining of the working places and maintaining the good condition of the machines/asset of the department
4. In-charge of the whole documentation, recording, updating, issuance, maintenance & etc,
from pre-weight till handover of goods to warehouse
5. Support internal audit and external audit for cGMP
6. Sourcing, email enquiry to raw material supplier on quotation and stock availability (if raw material is obsolete, to source alternative and do pre-test before purchasing the raw material)
7. Assist in coaching and guidance to new employees
8. Assist in raising purchase requisition of raw material, planning production schedule in advance with Management based on inventory stock level
