**Job Title: Production Worker**
**Job Description**
This role supports warehouse production operations by safely operating stand-up forklifts, handling material movement, and performing picking, packing, and assembly tasks. You will work with a variety of warehouse equipment to load and unload trucks, manage inventory, and prepare products for shipment in a clean, climate-controlled facility.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate a stand-up forklift while properly harnessed to move materials in and out of racking systems.
+ Work comfortably at heights when placing or retrieving pallets and materials from racking.
+ Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
+ Lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds as part of daily warehouse and production activities.
+ Use packing machines, palletizers, and automated tape machines to package products and prepare shipments.
