**Job Description**
This role supports the final staging process in a mattress production facility. You will work closely with the shipping team to correctly stage mattress units, verify product details, and prepare items for shipment. The position involves consistent physical activity, teamwork on an assembly line, and adherence to detailed instructions to ensure products are accurately staged and shipped on time.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assist with the staging process as the final step in the production workflow, ensuring mattress units are correctly prepared for shipment.
