Key Responsibilities:
Perform on-site installation, commissioning, fault diagnosis, and repair of

at residential, commercial, and utility-scale sites.
Respond to customer service requests promptly, resolving technical issues remotely or on-site.
Conduct preventive maintenance and firmware updates.
Document service reports, failure analysis, and warranty claims.
