The role includes, but is not limited to the following:
Performing retail property valuations monthly and ensure validity, quality, and reliability. Analysing financial, leasing and property data. Provide technical opinions and expertise to senior management. Performing NAV calculations and linked unit value calculations. Prepare property report and fund fact sheets. Review property budgets to ensure accuracy, validity, quality, and reliability. Keeping abreast of the retail property market conditions, this includes but is not limited to collecting market research. Participate and support initiatives for the achievement of the ESG strategy.
