Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or CS is a plus (not mandatory)
• Proven night / US shift experience is preferred
• 1+ years of experience in edtech sales, preferably in the education or technology sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing high-performing sales teams.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build client relationships.
• Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
