Manage comprehensive Lessons Learned (LL) programs across all III Marine Expeditionary Force (III MEF) units and subordinate commandsCollect and compile After Action Reports (AARs) from exercises, deployments, and training eventsSupport formal Lessons Learned collection efforts through interviews, observations, and analysisCoordinate Lessons Learned activities with multiple units across III MEF to ensure comprehensive coverageProcess, analyze, and disseminate actionable lessons learned to improve operational effectivenessMaintain Lessons Learned databases and tracking systems to ensure accessibility and proper categorizationFacilitate Lessons Learned working groups and coordination meetings with III MEF staff and subordinate unitsPrepare detailed reports, briefings, and presentations on trends, observations, and recommendationsSupport high OPTEMPO requirements with ...
