Summary This position has a primary responsibility to support the planning and operational management for all Community Care/Non-VA Care Services programs. This position provides information and analysis that influences the decisions regarding change, provides information and analysis for short and long-range planning and recommends change, recommends change in programs for improving coordination of workflow, and controls measures required to provide information to managers. Responsibilities Duties include, but are not limited to: Develops and maintains data capture and tracking tools to analyze Community Care program trends, workloads, costs, and personnel requirements. Prepares and submits reports, studies, and performance metrics for leadership briefings, including Directors Daily and Weekly reports.
