About the team


The Program Purchasing department is responsible for managing purchasing-related activities throughout the lifecycle of a project, ensuring part availability, cost targets, and supplier readiness. The role acts as a key interface between the plant, suppliers, and cross-functional teams such as engineering, quality, and program management. It plays a critical part in driving sourcing decisions, cost optimization, and the successful launch of new products.

What can you look forward as a Program Buyer:

  • Ensure part availability and purchasing readiness throughout all phases of the project.

  • Lead and coordinate sub‑projects, acting as the main interface between Purchasing, Program Management, Engineering, Quality, and other cross‑functional teams.
