Responsibilities
Lead the starting project of a new factory of Transformers.
Own and communicate the master timing schedule.
Ensure that project schedules are established, up to date and accurate.
Lead and facilitate project risk management activities.
Conduct gate reviews on time.
Handle all communication regarding project deliverables.
Manage costs and develop gap plans as required.
Ensure that project information is established and up to date.
Requirements / Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Management.
Experience in starting a manufacturing plant from scratch.
High level of analytical ability.
Willingness to travel as required.
Experience in leading teams or managing projects.
Proactive and interdependent.
PMP certification a plus.
