Job Description
Identify, develop and execute strategic programs that support the APJ sales development team's efforts to generate pipeline and drive business growth. Work with xDR leadership and cross-functional leadership to identify areas of opportunity and set priorities. Facilitate team offsites, strategy and planning workshops to set yearly and quarterly focus areas for APJ xDR Develop proposals, project plans, timelines, and budgets for program implementation and execution. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, cross-functional teams and external vendors/partners. Communicate program status and outcomes to stakeholders on a regular basis. Collaborate with leaders to ensure cross-functional alignment and integration of programs.
