The Senior Program Manager on the GOSS Capital Management Business Excellence and Analytics team serves as a strategic leader responsible for establishing and executing the measurement infrastructure that powers data-driven decision-making across Amazon's $30B capital portfolio. This individual will own one of three critical functional areas: Business Reviews and Executive Reporting, Standards Creation and Continuous Improvement, or Predictive Analytics and AI Strategy.
