The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a senior civil engineer program manager in support of Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC). Position supports MAJCOM Strategic and Non-Strategic CE basing and beddown and associated Site Activation Task Forces (SATAFs) and/or operations processes. Responsibilities 1: Actively participates in strategic planning to improve organizational direction and focus using strategic planning tools and techniques. 2: Integrates planning, programming, analysis, formulation, justification, presentation, execution, and review functions associated with support services. 3: Collaborates with engineers, scientists, and other expert personnel at federal agencies, higher headquarters (HQ USAF, AF MAJCOMs, and FOAs) installation organizations, host nation agencies, other military services, and private organizations to e...
