POSITION TYPE PERMANENT, FULL-TIME

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and oversight for supportive housing programs, ensuring quality, participant-centered service delivery.
  • Supervise, mentor, and support staff, including recruitment, scheduling, performance management, and training.

  • Oversee participant admissions, service planning, crisis response, and coordination of supports and community resources.

  • Monitor program budgets, operational resources, reporting requirements, and facility needs.

  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with community partners, service providers, and regulatory agencies.

  • Promote safe environments through risk management, incident review, emergency preparedness, and workplace safety practices.

  • Support culturally safe, trauma-informed, and harm reduction approaches that promote participant wellbeing and housing stability.
