Science Systems and Applications, Inc (SSAI) has an opening for a Program Manager (PM) to direct efforts supporting NASA Goddard Space Flight Center. The PM directs, monitors, and controls all aspects of contract performance to ensure that all projects and tasks are accomplished within the prescribed schedule and cost parameters. The PM interfaces with customers to capture project requirements, obtains feedback on performance and presents status reports. The PM oversees development of project plans specifying goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, risk identification, contingency approaches, and allocation of available resources. The PM approves recruitment and assignment of project personnel. The PM directly supervises Group Managers and PMO personnel on the contract. The PM reports to the Chief Operating Officer and customer personnel on contract matters, ensures that all deliverables are met, and is responsible for all aspects of quality control on the contract.
