- Handle assigned customer accounts. This requires excellent communication and negotiation skill. Maintain good relationship with internal and external customer. Customer Service Oriented is a must.
- Responsible for RFQ activities and meet customer deadline
- All email correspondence within 24 hours
- Attend conference meeting when required.
- Attend customer training when required, including overseas training as well
- Responsible for product knowledge transfer and provide training to internal employee
- Preparation of works schedules, monitoring of works progress, coordination with all partied involved to ensure works progress smoothly and completed within given target timeline.
- Full knowledge on the assigned projects. This requires Hands On approach and data driven
- Liaise with Quality team and ensure that the customer drawing specifications are met
