Job Summary
:As Program Purchasing Manager, you will oversee purchasing teams in Houston and New Delhi and coordinate priorities across multiple projects. Responsibilities include managing sourcing, bidding, contracts, supplier evaluations, team training, and supplier programs. You will monitor procurement schedules, budgets, and KPIs to ensure cost control and timely delivery, as well as implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals and compliance standards. The role also involves leading process improvements, utilizing ERP systems like SAP and Oracle for purchase order management and reporting, supporting audits, maintaining records, and reviewing compliance risks.
