Summary This position is a member of the operations team of the Patient Care Services Central Staffing Office responsible for establishing, planning, monitoring, and directing staffing management for the CAVHS Nursing and Patient Care Services Service Lines. The Patient Care Services Department is the largest service in the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare system. Responsibilities Your duties can include but are not limited to the following: Analyzes staffing methodology data across multiple service areas to identify trends, support decision-making, and improve operational efficiency. Designs and develops reporting formats and data outputs to present actionable information for leadership and program use. Determines project and staffing resource requirements to ensure effective allocation and utilization of personnel.
