Responsibilities
Account optimization (Maintenance)
Customer communication.
Compliance / monitoring of KPIs (Client and Tappx) (rCPM, discrepancies, errors - timeouts, reports for demand partners, Supply Quality).
Understand the behavior of accounts (ups and downs) from a technical and business point of view.
Ensure that the account is always at 100% potential (Targeting options;
Blacklist Apps, new apps pending to be created, etc.).
Solve / bridge with specific account issues (IT - Demand).
