Job Description
Requirements - Diploma in any discipline (preferably in Social Services or related fields)
- Relevant experience in working with elderly clients in the community setting, healthcare, or social service sector is preferred
- Knowledge of programme design, implementation, and evaluation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Adaptable, with the ability to solve and/or anticipate problems
- Required to work at Eunos Crescent, 4S Active Ageing Centre @ Eunos Crescent
Responsibilities - Plan, organise and conduct active ageing programmes to the elderly in the Eunos Crescent community
