Overview
A leading consulting organisation is seeking an accomplished Technology Transformation Director to lead a major Target Operating Model (TOM) transformation within a complex enterprise environment. This is a high-profile engagement focused on redefining the structure, governance, capabilities, and operating model of a large-scale technology function.
The role will be accountable for defining the future-state operating model and leading the end-to-end transformation agenda required to enable sustainable, enterprise-wide change.
