At RealNZ, we create extraordinary experiences in some of Aotearoa’s most iconic environments. We’re now looking for an experienced Programme Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale, ground-up capital development programme at Walter Peak that will shape the future of our guest experiences.
This is a pivotal leadership role where you’ll oversee a complex programme of work within our tourism development portfolio. Acting as the central connector, you’ll bring together multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution from concept through to launch.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring projects within the programme are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with RealNZ’s strategic vision, creating unforgettable, world-class experiences for our guests.
