Job Description
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain the integrated programme plan across Control Tower, EUC and Collaboration workstreams.
- Run delivery cadence — daily syncs, weekly status, monthly governance — and maintain RAID with active escalation.
- Track financials and resource burn against the LoE; surface variances early with options.
- Drive cross-workstream dependencies and critical path; own gate reviews (G1 Design, G2 Pilot Exit, G3 Programme Close).
- Partner with the PMO resource to maintain status dashboards, financials and stakeholder reporting.
- Manage onboarding, offboarding and access for the company and partner resources.
Required skills: - Minimum 5 years as Programme Manager / Senior Delivery Manager on multi-workstream IT transformations.
- Demonstrable successful delivery of at least one complex, global End User transformation programme in a regulated industry end-to-end.
