Job Summary Provide comprehensive administrative support to project and site teams by managing documents, coordinating communications, monitoring schedules, and assisting with project reporting and procurement to ensure smooth project operations.
Responsibilities - Organize and maintain project documents, records, and filing systems to ensure easy access and accuracy
- Coordinate meetings by scheduling, preparing agendas, recording minutes, and tracking follow-up actions
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls, to facilitate effective communication
- Assist in preparing reports, progress updates, and project documentation to support project tracking
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients on administrative matters to maintain project coordination
