Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Oversee all general project administration
  • Provide administrative support to project personnel
  • Handle all documentation preparation for projects including sourcing and issuance of Purchase Orders to relevant parties
  • Update vendors profiles
  • Work closely with Project team to schedule for material and manpower resources
  • Coordinate shipment from overseas suppliers to Singapore and export orders
  • Read drawings to pick up quantities, perform calculations and assist with quotations


Requirements


  • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, analytical and resourceful
  • Computer literate, with knowledge in MS office
  • Fast paced environment
  • Experience in working in related building materials trade
