About The Role Powertech is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the delivery of complex engineering and capability development programs. This role sits within the Project Management Office (PMO) and plays a critical part in ensuring projects are delivered with strong governance, accurate reporting, and effective coordination across multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Scheduling - Support development and maintenance of project schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and resource plans
- Track progress against milestones and highlight risks or delays
- Assist with maintaining project baselines and change logs
Project Controls & Reporting - Maintain project dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports (cost, schedule, risk)
